Travel is free within 5 driving miles of 7 Norfolk Square, Great Yarmouth. More than 5 miles adds £5 once per booking, not per pet or per hour. It applies to dog walks, home visits, daytime and overnight sitting. We use the shortest reasonable driving route to your verified address, not a straight-line radius.
Please enquire with your postcode. Alyssa must approve any booking outside the normal service area before it can be accepted. Paying the travel charge does not automatically make an address eligible.
Home visits are available for cats and small pets. Tell Alyssa about your pet’s species, temperament and routine, including any specific needs, so suitability can be discussed before booking.
Access arrangements are agreed directly with Alyssa before care begins. Please do not put key locations, alarm codes or other security details into the enquiry form.
Overnight sitting takes place in your home and starts from £50. It is subject to Alyssa’s approval. Arrival and departure times, your pet’s routine and the final service price are agreed in your quotation.
Yes. Your quotation shows the service subtotal, the travel charge separately and the total. Multi-day or repeat care is discussed individually. Your full address, distance and availability are confirmed before a booking is accepted.

Pawsitive Steps uses the name, contact details, postcode, pet information and requested dates you provide to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and arrange care. Details are stored securely in the website’s managed database and are accessible only through the owner’s authenticated inbox. An operational notification may be sent to the website owner through Manus. Enquiries are not marketing sign-ups, and this form does not send a customer confirmation email.
Please do not include sensitive security information. To request access, correction or deletion, contact Alyssa on 07354 333744. Unbooked enquiry details are kept only as needed to handle the request and any necessary follow-up. Email and exact booking dates are optional. The owner area uses essential login technology. Google Maps opens only when you choose its link; external services have their own privacy policies.
Website analytics and browser storage. The published site’s hosting adds Plausible and Manus Analytics scripts to measure website visits and usage, including page URLs, referring pages, browser language and screen size. These scripts connect to plausible.io and manus-analytics.com. The hosted page can also store platform telemetry data in your browser’s local storage. Analytics is separate from submitting an enquiry and is not a confirmation of email delivery.
No cookies were observed during a fresh, signed-out public-page check on 14 October 2026, but browser storage was present. This is not a blanket promise that the site never uses cookies or storage: owner sign-in and platform features can behave differently. No Facebook links or advertising integrations have been added by Pawsitive Steps.
